50% of communes in large cities will have camera remote fines deployed by 2028
The Government has just approved the project "Building a Data Center, management, supervision, handling of violations and traffic management in the period 2026 - 2030, vision to 2050".

According to the project, by 2028, forming and putting into operation and unified exploitation according to the architecture, standards and common platform of a 2-level unified central system nationwide.
In which, deploying a camera surveillance system to ensure order, traffic safety, security and order (retro cameras) meets the minimum requirements: 100% of expressways are being operated and used stably; some key national highways, provincial roads, railways and inland waterways; at least 50% of central commune-level administrative units of major cities and at least 30% of central commune-level administrative units of the remaining localities according to the roadmap of the Project.

Can Tho farmers catch pair of giant black tiger shrimp
On March 22, Mr. Trinh Van Hieu (Khanh Hoa ward, Can Tho) visited shrimp catching tools at the shrimp pond, catching 2 large-sized black tiger shrimp.

According to records, each shrimp weighs about 150 grams, nearly 30cm long. The appearance of the "giant" pair of shrimp quickly attracted many farmers around to watch. Many people also placed shrimp next to sandals to take pictures and post on social networks.

Thousands of tons of accumulated waste in 4 communes of Da Nang must be cleaned up before April 20.
As of the beginning of March 2026, Nam Phuoc commune has 702 tons of residue, Thu Bon commune 650 tons, Duy Nghia commune 425 tons and Duy Xuyen commune 360 tons. A total of more than 2,100 tons of garbage are exposed, causing serious environmental pollution and causing public outrage.
On March 22, the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang City assessed that the collection and transportation work in the past time in these communes has not ensured the number of trips and volume according to the agreed plan. Therefore, the Department requests the People's Committees of communes to take the lead in developing specific plans, coordinating with relevant units to organize the collection, transportation and thoroughly treat all accumulated waste before April 20.
