Breaking a cyber fraud case worth over VND300 billion, arresting 59 subjects in Cambodia
On October 29, information from Lai Chau Provincial Police said that the special working group led by Colonel Pham Hai Dang - Deputy Director, Head of the Investigation Police Agency had just chaired and coordinated with functional forces to successfully break up a large-scale, transnational cyber fraud case.
On October 28, Lai Chau Provincial Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Department (Ministry of Public Security), the Representative Agency of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam in Cambodia and Cambodian functional forces to successfully dismantle Project 0525L, arresting 59 subjects (44 men; 15 women) all of whom were Vietnamese while operating a criminal case in the Bokor hill area of Bokor Ecological Park complex ( Bokor City, Kampot Province, Kingdom of Cambodia).

Floods increase rapidly, Quang Ngai bans traffic through Tra Khuc 1 bridge

Tra 1 Bridge, built 60 years ago, has seriously degraded. Due to the rapid increase in floods, authorities have banned traffic to ensure safety.
According to the reporter's records at the scene, from 9:30 a.m. on October 29, the authorities temporarily banned all vehicles and people from traveling through Tra Khuc 1 bridge (Nghia Lo ward, Quang Ngai province).
The water level of Tra Khuc River has reached alert level III, the water flows rapidly, posing a potential risk to the safety of people and vehicles when crossing the bridge.

Traffic jams for durian vehicles at border gates, durian growers are in trouble
According to the reporter's records, before October 27, the number of vehicles congested at the border gate had reached more than 700 at one point, mainly durian vehicles.
