Opening to traffic the overpass over the landslide point on Mimosa Pass - the gateway to Da Lat
After 4 months of urgent construction, Xuan Huong bridge - the overpass over the landslide point on Mimosa Pass has officially opened to traffic in both directions.
On April 22, Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee announced that it had opened Xuan Huong bridge to traffic, contributing to restoring traffic on the Mimosa pass route - the southern gateway to Da Lat.
Mimosa Pass is about 11 km long, located on National Highway 20, is a vital route serving trucks and heavy-duty vehicles entering and leaving the city.
Previously, in November 2025, heavy rain caused serious landslides at Km 226+500, creating a cliff about 40 m deep, nearly 100 m long, causing traffic to be cut off.
