HCMC prepares to mobilize nearly 1,000 civil servants
Ho Chi Minh City will mobilize nearly 1,000 civil servants at the commune level, from the Party and mass organizations to become professionals and from departments and branches at the commune level.
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a Project to review, arrange and assign cadres, civil servants and public employees in communes, wards and special zones.
After the merger, Ho Chi Minh City has a surplus of 1,052 civil servants (Ho Chi Minh City previously had a surplus of 908 people; Binh Duong previously had a surplus of 58; Ba Ria - Vung Tau previously had a surplus of 86). At the same time, there is a shortage of 935 civil servants (HCMC previously lacked 506; Binh Duong previously lacked 304; Ba Ria - Vung Tau previously lacked 125).

Tri An hydroelectric reservoir increased the amount of water discharged through the spillway to 320 m3/s from 8:00 a.m. on December 9.
On December 8, Tri An Hydropower Company announced an increase in the amount of water released through the spillway to regulate the reservoir. At 3:00 p.m. on December 8, the upstream water level of Tri An hydropower reservoir was over 61.8 m; The downstream water level at the plant was 2.6 m; The water flow to the reservoir was 840 m3/s; The water flow through the spillway was 160 m3/s; The water flow through the power turbine was 544 m3/s.

Dog bit a seriously injured girl in a park in Ho Chi Minh City
