Ho Chi Minh City to build a road along the Saigon River, 78km long, 30 - 40m wide
The Saigon riverside road is about 78km long, 30 - 40m wide, with a preliminary total capital of 21,200 billion VND, implemented in the form of public-private partnership (PPP) is one of 98 key traffic and technical infrastructure projects of Ho Chi Minh City to be implemented in the period 2026 - 2030 just issued by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee.
Ho Chi Minh City is expected to approve the investment policy of the project in the fourth quarter of 2026, deploy and complete it in the period 2026 - 2030.

Hanoi pilots one-way cars around Dong Da Lake from August 29th
From August 29, cars will be organized for one-way traffic on some streets around Dong Da Lake, O Cho Dua ward, in order to reduce congestion and restore traffic order and urban area.

According to the announcement of the Hanoi Department of Construction on August 28, the pilot plan to organize one-way traffic for cars in the Dong Da Lake area will be implemented from August 29 to November 29, 2020.
On Mai Anh Tuan street, cars are traveling in one direction from Hoang Cau street to Dang Tien Dong street.
On Dang Tien Dong street, cars are traveling in one direction from Mai Anh Tuan street to house number 68 Dang Tien Dong street.

407 graduates of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, nearly 5% achieve excellent grades
On August 28, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Vietnam National University, Hanoi organized the Closing Ceremony and awarded university degrees in 2026 to 407 new doctors, pharmacists and bachelors.
According to data from the school, out of 407 students recognized for graduation, 19 students achieved excellent grades, accounting for nearly 5%; 139 students were excellent grades, accounting for 34%; 230 students were good grades, accounting for 57% and 19 students were average grades, accounting for about 4%.
Thus, a total of 158 students graduated with honors and excellent grades, equivalent to nearly 39% of this year's graduates. The rate of students graduating on time throughout the course reached 91%. Notably, the medical major has the highest graduation on time rate, reaching 97%.
