HCMC clears 517 households in Binh Chanh and Binh Tan to build roads
Ho Chi Minh City will reclaim land from 2,126 households in Binh Chanh and Binh Tan districts to implement the National Highway 1 expansion project, of which 517 households were cleared.
The project to upgrade and expand National Highway 1 (from Kinh Duong Vuong Street to the border of Long An province) has just been approved by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council for investment under the BOT (build - operate - transfer) form.
The route is about 9.62 km long, expanded to 60 m with a scale of 10 to 12 lanes, including overpasses at intersections to ensure smooth traffic.

Bus to pick up and drop off students in distress in Can Tho
On the morning of February 26, a traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Nguyen Van Quang - Road 1B - Road No. 7, Nam Long residential area, Hung Thanh ward, Cai Rang district, Can Tho city.
Initial information, the accident occurred at around 6:30 a.m. At the time of the incident, the bus with license plate 51B.082.54, which was on the route to pick up and drop off students, moving from Nguyen Van Quang Street and turning left at the intersection, collided with 2 motorbikes traveling in the opposite direction at the intersection.
