HCMC installs LED screens on Le Loi Street for people to cheer for U22 Vietnam
The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a document on installing an electronic screen (LED) to serve the city's football fans to watch the 33rd SEA Games.
The City People's Committee agreed with the proposal of the Department of Culture and Sports, allowing Ho Chi Minh City Football Joint Stock Company to organize the installation of LED screens on Le Loi Street (from Lam Son Park to Phan Boi Chau Street), Saigon Ward.
The screening is planned for December 15, 2025 (construction and installation from December 13 and site clearance on December 16) and December 18, 2025 ( installation from December 16, site clearance on December 19).

On the afternoon of December 10, Vinh Linh Commune Police (Quang Tri Province) said that they had just coordinated with Agribank Vinh Linh Branch to promptly prevent a scam that appropriated more than 150 million VND by requesting money transfers via social networks.
Previously, at around 10:30 a.m. the same day, Ms. T.T.H (residing in Vinh Linh commune) went to Agribank to transfer 150 million VND to a strange account at the request of a woman she only knew via Zalo, claiming to be mobilizing charity money.
Realizing that Ms. H was worried and unusual, the bank staff advised her to stop her, but she was still determined to make the transaction even though she had never met the recipient and the account information was not in the same name.

Prolonged heavy rain causes local flooding in many areas of South Khanh Hoa
On the morning of December 10, heavy rain lasting for many hours caused a series of roads and residential areas in Phan Rang ward (Khanh Hoa province) to be deeply flooded, seriously affecting people's lives.
Some neighboring communes such as Vinh Hai also recorded flooding, landslides and damage to crops. Phan Rang ward experienced heavy rain lasting from 8am to nearly 11am.
The rainfall fell rapidly, causing many roads to be partially flooded. Recorded at the scene, main roads such as Thong Nhat and Ngo Gia Tu were flooded from 10-20cm.
In low-lying areas such as Phan Rang market, Nguyen Tuan street borders Chu Huy Man, the water level rose 35-50 cm, making it difficult for people to move and live.
