From July 10, 129 wards and communes in Ho Chi Minh City will work on Saturday morning.
On June 29, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee issued a decision on organizing working sessions every Saturday morning to receive, resolve and return results of administrative procedures in the city.
According to the decision, Saturday morning work is deployed in 3 groups of agencies and units.
The Land Registration Office system receives, resolves and returns results of administrative procedures in the field of land.
The Ho Chi Minh City Public Administration Service Center receives and returns results for procedures for issuing animal quarantine certificates for onshore animal products transported out of provincial-level areas; and at the same time, receives and resolves administrative procedures in the field of land.
For the People's Committees of 129 wards and communes, the receipt, resolution and return of results are carried out for administrative procedures in the fields of certification and land.

Fire at a boat anchorage area in Gia Lai

On June 29, in an exchange with Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Tran Viet Quang - Chairman of Quy Nhon Dong Ward People's Committee (Gia Lai) - said that functional forces are still urgently handling a large fire that occurred in the boat anchorage area in the Nhon Hoi area.
According to initial information, at about 12:00 PM on the same day, a ship anchored suddenly caught fire fiercely. The fire quickly spread to boats anchored next to it, and a column of black smoke rose high, covering the entire area.
Upon receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Police force quickly mobilized forces and vehicles to the scene to deploy firefighting operations.

Hanoi Police prosecute 248 defendants in vacation ownership card fraud case
Hanoi Police have prosecuted 25 cases, 248 defendants related to the line of buying, selling, and transferring vacation ownership cards with signs of fraud and appropriation of property; and temporarily seized money and assets worth nearly 683 billion VND.
Through searches, the police agency temporarily seized money and assets with a total value of nearly 683 billion VND. In which, Hanoi City Police temporarily suspended transactions for two assets in the name of New Era Company, worth about 150 billion VND, including a hotel in Quang Ninh province and a 5.6 ha land plot in Ninh Binh province.
Hanoi Police are continuing to investigate and clarify the role of legal advisors for related companies.
