Passenger car catches fire on highway section passing through Thanh Hoa
At about 2:45 pm on June 28, a car fire occurred on the North - South expressway (section passing through Trung Chinh commune, Thanh Hoa province).
Initial information said that at the above time, a passenger car with license plate 23B-005. xx was traveling in the direction of Hanoi - Thanh Hoa. When it reached Km338+700 in Trung Chinh commune, it suddenly caught fire.
Immediately after receiving the news, functional forces were present at the scene to handle it. By about 3 pm on the same day, the fire was extinguished.

Nghe An establishes Children's Protection Center
On June 28, information from the People's Committee of Nghe An province said that the province has just issued Decision No. 2752 approving the Project to establish the Nghe An Children's Protection Center based on receiving SOS Children's Village Vinh.
According to the project, the Nghe An Children's Protection Center is a public non-business unit in the field of social assistance, under the Nghe An Department of Health, with legal status, accounts and private seals. The head office is located at No. 28 Hermann Gmeiner Street, Truong Vinh Ward; along with two other facilities, a male youth dormitory at No. 2A Duy Tan Street and a house outside the Village at No. 26 alley 02 Nguyen Kiem Street.
