Son Tay Ward People's Committee (Hanoi) has just issued a notice on land acquisition to implement the Son Tay wastewater collection and treatment plant construction investment project.
Accordingly, the Ward People's Committee will recover 274.9 m2 of agricultural production land of Ms. Pham Thi Khanh Huong; permanent residence address: Nghia Phu Residential Group 3, Son Tay Ward, Hanoi City currently in use, including 5 land plots.
First plot: Location, boundaries at land plot No. 03 map sheet No. 01, map serving compensation, support, and resettlement work. Area of 99.2 m2 is land used stably before October 15, 1993, not yet granted a Certificate of Land Use Rights.
Second plot: Location, boundaries at land plot No. 08 map sheet No. 01, map serving compensation, support, and resettlement work. Area of 33.3 m2 is land used stably before October 15, 1993, not yet granted a Certificate of Land Use Rights.
Third plot: Location, boundaries at land plot No. 13, map sheet No. 01, map serving compensation, support, and resettlement work. Area of 67.4 m2 is land used stably before October 15, 1993, not yet granted a Certificate of Land Use Rights.
The fourth plot: Location, boundaries at land plot No. 33 map sheet No. 01, map serving compensation, support, and resettlement work. Area of 42.3 m2 is land used stably before October 15, 1993, not yet granted a Certificate of Land Use Rights.
Fifth plot: Location, boundaries at land plot No. 42 map sheet No. 01, map serving compensation, support, and resettlement work. Area of 32.7 m2 is land used stably before October 15, 1993, not yet granted a Certificate of Land Use Rights.
The reason for land acquisition is to implement the investment project to build a collection system and Son Tay wastewater treatment plant.
Son Tay Ward People's Committee requests the Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board to preside over and coordinate with the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department of the ward to hand over this Decision to organizations, households, and individuals whose land is recovered, in case the organization, household, and individual whose land is recovered does not receive this Decision or is absent, a record must be made.
List this Decision at the headquarters of the Ward People's Committee and at the common living place of the residential community where the land is recovered.
Receive the Certificate of Land Use Rights of the person whose land is recovered, transfer it to Son Tay Branch of the Land Registration Office to adjust the recovered land area in the Certificate of Land Use Rights, re-receive and return the revised Certificate of Land Use Rights to the person granted the Certificate of Land Use Rights.
The Office of the People's Council and People's Committee of Son Tay ward is responsible for posting this Decision on the ward's electronic information page.
Son Tay Branch of the Land Registration Office shall base on the Land Recovery Decision to adjust the cadastral records and adjust the recovered land area in the Certificate of Land Use Rights according to regulations.
The Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board is responsible for managing the recovered land fund, coordinating with the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department, Son Tay Land Registration Office Branch, organizations, households, and individuals whose land is recovered to carry out land procedures according to regulations.
