On the morning of March 3, 2025, the Armed Forces (LLVT) of the Hanoi Capital Command and the Cau Giay District Military Command held a training launching ceremony for 2025 at Nghia Tan Stadium, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City.
Attending the ceremony were Major General Nguyen Khac Nhan - Deputy Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command; Mr. Nguyen Van Chien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cau Giay District; Mr. Bui Tuan Anh - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Cau Giay District.
Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant Colonel Thinh Van Lam - Deputy Secretary of the District Military Party Committee, Political Commissar, Cau Giay District Military Command - thoroughly grasped the content and competition targets in training with the theme "Good coaching, good solidarity, strict discipline, high combat readiness, absolute safety" and the implementation period starting from March 1, 2025 to the end of the 2025 training mission.
Lieutenant Colonel Thinh Van Lam also launched a peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) with the theme " express - Determined to win" with the implementation period from March 1, 2025 to May 19, 2025.
Lieutenant Colonel Thinh Van Lam also expressed his confidence in all officers and soldiers of the district's armed forces to always uphold the spirit of self-reliance, self-strengthening, dynamism, and creativity to meet the requirements and tasks in 2025.
Before the end of the ceremony, delegates, officers, staff and soldiers visited the learning tool model prepared for the 2025 training of the Cau Giay District Military Command.
