Tu Minh Ward People's Committee has just worked with specialized units and investors to review progress and focus on removing difficulties in site clearance (GPMB) for projects in the area. Mr. Le Van Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee - chaired.
At the working session, the Economic, Infrastructure and Urban Department summarized the situation of site clearance deployment at a number of key projects such as: Xuan Duong New Urban Area; projects invested by Dai An Joint Stock Company and Dai An Industrial Zone Infrastructure Development One Member Limited Liability Company; National Highway 5 service road project (remaining sections).
The report clearly stated the implementation progress, the volume of completed work, and pointed out the shortcomings, limitations and causes.
Representatives of investors also reflected many obstacles in the implementation process, mainly related to verifying the origin of land, developing compensation and support plans, propaganda and mobilization of people, as well as some administrative procedures and coordination mechanisms between parties.
On that basis, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying each group of issues, proposing solutions in a synchronous and practical direction. In which, emphasized the requirement to strengthen coordination between professional departments and agencies with investors; promote propaganda, create consensus among people in site clearance work.
Concluding the working session, leaders of Tu Minh Ward People's Committee requested relevant units to continue reviewing and completing reports, clarifying each problematic content and proposing specific handling directions for each project; and at the same time urgently develop compensation plans, detailed unit prices and plans for land handover deployment steps.
Investors are requested to proactively prepare complete dossiers and closely coordinate with local authorities in the implementation process. Site clearance is identified as a key task, of great significance in promoting project progress, contributing to infrastructure and socio-economic development in the area.
