Gathering leaders of large corporations, SME Forum 2026 opened on March 2, focusing on improving operational capacity and innovation for founders.

On March 2nd, Newing cooperated with Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) to officially announce SME Forum 2026, a community forum for founders and senior leaders of Vietnamese businesses.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Giang, Founder and General Director of Newing, in the context of increasingly fierce competition, businesses today do not lack strategy. What is still lacking is the ability to implement sufficient discipline and a system strong enough to go the long way.

SME Forum 2026 focuses on three key competencies for the new growth phase: expanding scale while still controlling operations well; innovation and inheritance; conquering challenges in volatile or crisis periods.

The program gathers speakers who have experienced a practical management journey: Mr. Rajesh Achanta, more than 35 years at P&G Group, Mr. Pierre Pang, third-generation CEO of Mamee; Mr. Vu Hung Son, representative of the inherited generation of Bao Tin Group; Ms. Vu Le Quyen, Managing Director of Biti's; Mr. Tan Sri Jeffrey Cheah, Founder of Sunway Group (Malaysia), a multi-industry group worth about 11 billion USD; Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Dung, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of PNJ...

In this year's cooperation structure, VPBankSME participates as a co-organizer, oriented to accompany the industry. Through SME Forum 2026, the bank expects to build an ecosystem to support SMEs not only financially but also in management knowledge.

This year's forum continues the journey that has attracted more than 800 CEOs and leaders from more than 300 businesses in the 2022–2025 period, aiming to build a platform for long-term management experience sharing for the SME community.
