Leaders presented flowers, visited and advised new recruits to promote homeland traditions, feel secure in their minds, strive to train, strictly comply with discipline, and complete their tasks well.

According to the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command, thanks to careful preparation from early on, the process of receiving new soldiers at the two regiments took place scientifically, closely, and ensured safety. Officers at all levels also proactively approach and grasp soldiers' thoughts, disseminate regulations and rules of the unit, and guide daily living regimes. Through initial grasp, new recruits all show excitement, confidence and determination to successfully complete the task of training new soldiers in 2026.
Previously, the Quang Tri Provincial Military Command directed the two regiments to develop detailed plans, organize cadre training, prepare lesson plans and learning models; and at the same time consolidate the housing system, dining halls and logistical conditions, ensuring soldiers' stability from the first day of returning to their units.
