The program "Green Traffic - Safe and Steadfast Journey as a Pioneer" has just been organized at Hiep Hoa Primary School, Vinh Hoa commune, Hai Phong city. The program is implemented and organized by the Traffic Police Department (Hai Phong City Police) and Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company. The program also received the companionship of the City Red Cross Society, spreading the positive meaning of the program in the community.
Attending the program were Mr. Vu Thanh To - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of Vinh Hoa Commune People's Council; Mr. Tran Do Khoa - Chairman of the Trade Union of Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company, representatives of the Traffic Police Department, Quang Trung Commune Police Station, along with the School Board of Directors, teachers, students and local people.

Each helmet given today is not only a means of safe protection but also carries expectations about forming civilized traffic participation habits, especially for the younger generation.

The program has contributed to raising awareness of law compliance and building a safe traffic environment right from the grassroots level.
Representatives of the Hai Phong City Red Cross Society highly appreciate the effectiveness of the coordination model between functional agencies, social organizations and businesses in traffic safety propaganda. The City Red Cross Society wishes to accompany humane and practical programs, contributing to protecting people's health and lives and building a safe community.
At the program, 500 standard helmets were awarded to students and people in Vinh Hoa commune. Practical gifts not only contribute to protecting traffic participants but also send a message about responsibility and proactive equipment before traveling to always be safe on each route.
In addition, students as well as people in the area also listened to propaganda about traffic laws and guided safe traffic participation skills through vivid and visual examples along with forms of exchange and inquiries about real-life situations.
The program "Green Traffic - Safe and Steadfast Journey" 2026 has so far organized 10 continuous points in schools, residential areas and many areas in Hai Phong City. The program has donated more than 5,500 standard helmets to people. According to the plan, in 2026, coordinating units will deploy 24 traffic safety propaganda sessions throughout Hai Phong City, and at the same time donate helmets to people in communes in the area.
