On February 24, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee - led a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee to visit and wish Tet to officials and employees of Dak Lak Import-Export Joint Stock Company (Simexco Daklak).
Also attending were leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments and agencies... and key officials of the company.
At the program, Mr. Le Duc Huy - Chairman of the Member Council of Simexco Daklak - reported to the working delegation on the achievements the unit has achieved in the past time. In the first 5 months of fiscal year 2025-2026 alone, the unit achieved revenue of 133,675 tons of coffee (completing 91% of the plan, an increase of 151% compared to the same period).
Revenue in the past 5 months reached VND 9,232 billion, reaching 48.8% of the plan. Export turnover reached USD 315.2 million, equal to 51.4% of the plan. The whole company has 367 employees with an average income of about VND 24.2 million/person/month.
Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee highly appreciated the achievements Simexco Daklak has achieved in recent years. At the same time, agreed with the 6 development goals and orientations of the Company's Party Committee set out in the next 5 years and mentioned 4 issues that businesses need to aim for.
According to the Secretary of Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee, in the coming time, the company's collective needs to continue to build and affirm brand value with its own story and new strategic vision. In which, the unit needs to innovate operations, expand to other fields and research new markets to improve business efficiency. At the same time, towards digital economy, green economy, circular economy and sharing economy.
The Provincial Party Committee highly appreciates the spirit of innovation and creativity of the collective unit in recent years. However, in the long-term vision, the Company's Party Committee needs to propose to the Provincial Party Committee specific solutions and ways to realize the development strategy associated with the resolutions of the Central Government. The Provincial Party Committee, in its role as the managing agency, is ready to support and take responsibility with the company for sustainable development strategies in the coming time.
On this occasion, the Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee especially requested the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the company to pay attention to caring for and improving the lives of employees and consider them as valuable capital of the enterprise. Employees must have a sense of responsibility, be attached to the enterprise; and at the same time feel love and respect to wholeheartedly fulfill the assigned tasks. When employees appreciate the achievements they make, the enterprise can develop sustainably.
At the working session, the Secretary of the Dak Lak Provincial Party Committee also directed the Provincial People's Committee and related units to soon study and help the unit implement the Deep Processing Investment project - raising the level of Dak Lak coffee center. In which, expanding 15 hectares of land in Hoa Phu industrial park, developing roasting, blending, dissolving, and deep processing.
