On March 28, the Criminal Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police informed that it had coordinated with Phu Thuan Ward Police to invite two people involved in the scuffle at a gas station in the area to work.
According to initial information, at about 8:35 am on March 10, at a gas station on Huynh Tan Phat street (Phu Thuan ward), while queuing to refuel, a motorbike driven by Mr. L.D. C (born in 1984, residing in Tan Thuan ward) and a motorbike driven by Mr. N.T. C (born in 1971, residing in Tan My ward) had a minor collision.
From this collision, conflicts and arguments arose between the two sides. Mr. L.D. C used his hand to hit Mr. N.T. C's face. After that, Mr. C continued to open the motorbike's trunk with the aim of intimidating but did not take any items out. After the incident, both continued to refuel and left the scene.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Criminal Police Department coordinated with Phu Thuan Ward Police to quickly verify and invited the 2 people and the vehicle to the headquarters to work. Currently, the case has been handed over to Phu Thuan Ward Police to continue consolidating the file and handling it according to the provisions of law.
The police agency recommends that people when participating in traffic should remain calm, behave civilly, and avoid minor collisions that develop into illegal acts, affecting security and order.
