On July 17, information from the Naval Academy said that the "Summer Volunteer Youth 2026" campaign of the Naval Academy (HVHQ) in Trung Khanh Vinh commune (Khanh Hoa province) has closed with many practical projects and tasks, contributing to supporting the locality and leaving a beautiful impression of the image of Navy soldiers in the hearts of the people.
According to Senior Colonel Nguyen Van Ton - Deputy Head of the Political Department of HVHQ, the summer volunteer campaign is an annual activity, and also a practical environment for students to practice bravery, skills, organizational discipline and the spirit of responsibility to serve the people, thereby spreading the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers - Navy soldiers" in the new era.
Right from the early days of deployment, officers and students of HVHQ participated in cleaning up the environment, embellishing traffic roads, school grounds and community houses. At Hoa Phuong Kindergarten, Hoa My Kindergarten and many residential areas, the tasks were completed quickly, contributing to creating a green, clean, and beautiful landscape.
Private Vu An Ninh, a student of Class KNP28, Battalion 4, HVHQ, said that directly participating in volunteer activities helps students better understand people's lives, improve their sense of responsibility and service to the people, and create motivation to strive to become naval officers in the future.

In parallel with labor activities, HVHQ military medical staff have organized medical examinations, health consultations and free medicine distribution for many policy families and households in difficult circumstances.
Many gifts were also given to disadvantaged students and policy families, contributing to sharing difficulties and encouraging people to rise up in life.

Ms. Sam Thi Huong, Suoi Ca village, Trung Khanh Vinh commune shared that people are very excited when Navy soldiers come to the locality, wholeheartedly examine patients, distribute medicine and give gifts to students and families in difficult circumstances.
The campaign also promotes propaganda on environmental protection, disaster prevention and control, epidemics; guiding life skills and learning skills for young people. Cultural, artistic, and sports exchange activities contribute to strengthening solidarity between the youth of the Naval Academy and local union members and youth.
Ms. Cao Thi Tam, Secretary of the Youth Union branch of Ca Thieu village, Trung Khanh Vinh commune, assessed that the campaign has created many practical projects and tasks, spreading the pioneering spirit of youth, and at the same time improving the effectiveness of youth union work in the locality.
