On June 26, in response to the Action Month for Drug Prevention and Control in 2026 and the International Day for Drug Prevention and Control (June 26), the Pha Long Commune Youth Union organized a legal propaganda program on drug prevention and control in the Ta Gia Khau market area - a place where many people and tourists come to trade.
The program is chaired by the "Youth Saying No to Drugs" Club of Pha Long Commune Youth Union, in coordination with the Pha Long Commune Police Youth Union and the Ta Gia Khau Border Guard Station Youth Union.

At the program, union members and youth distributed hundreds of leaflets to propagate and directly disseminate legal regulations on drug prevention and control to people and small traders at the market.
In parallel with that, the force participating in propaganda uses the loudspeaker system to transmit information about the harmful effects of drugs, especially synthetic drugs, and methods and tricks to lure teenagers to use illegal drugs in the current situation.

Through concise and easy-to-understand content, the activity helps people raise awareness, vigilance and proactively prevent drug evils. At the same time, it encourages people to actively detect and denounce violations of the law related to drugs.

In the middle of a crowded market, each leaflet given directly to people contributes to spreading the message "Say no to drugs - protect yourself, your family and the community", towards building a safe and healthy living environment.

Propaganda activities also show the coordination between the Youth Union organization, the Police force and the Border Guard in propaganda and mobilizing the masses to participate in drug prevention and control, contributing to maintaining security and order and building a peaceful border area.
This is a practical activity to respond to the Action Month for Drug Prevention and Control in 2026, and at the same time promote the pioneering role of youth in legal propaganda, raising people's awareness of drug prevention and control right from the grassroots level.
