Lao Cai - Youth of Lao Cai Provincial Police presents gifts, free haircuts and organizes many meaningful activities for people in difficult circumstances at social protection facilities.

On May 26, Lao Cai Provincial Police said that the Youth Union of the Political Work Department of the Provincial Police had just coordinated with Anh Duong Charity Club (Bac Ninh province) to organize a charity program at the Social Work and Social Protection Center No. 1 of Lao Cai province.

The activity is implemented to respond to the "Three-First" emulation movement launched by the Ministry of Public Security, and at the same time promote the pioneering and voluntary spirit of police youth union members in community activities.

At the program, the working delegation directly visited, encouraged and presented more than 100 gifts to people being cared for and nurtured at the center.

These practical gifts contribute to sharing difficulties and encouraging the spirit of the elderly, orphans, and people with disabilities living here.

Along with the gift-giving activity, the program also organizes free haircuts for people in difficult circumstances, especially the elderly, orphans and people with disabilities facing obstacles in travel.

The program not only contributes to spreading the spirit of mutual affection but also demonstrates the pioneering and responsible role of the youth of Lao Cai Provincial Police in social security work, joining hands to care for vulnerable people in the area.
