The memorial service for traffic accident victims is an opportunity to remember those who unfortunately passed away due to traffic accidents, and to share the pain and loss with the victims' families.
Within the framework of the program, the Da Nang City Youth Union coordinated with the City Traffic Safety Committee to present helmets to high school students in the city to join hands with all levels and sectors to form the habit of wearing helmets for students as well as all people when participating in traffic.

Thereby, gradually raising the awareness of traffic participants and contributing to realizing the goal of the Vietnamese Government "No deaths due to road traffic accidents" by 2045.
Speaking at the ceremony, Secretary of the City Youth Union Le Cong Hung expressed his sorrow at the enormous losses that traffic accidents have caused to families. Secretary of the City Youth Union Le Cong Hung emphasized that the damage caused by traffic accidents is not only the loss of life, but also leaves long-term pain and consequences for the community.
The Secretary of the City Youth Union called on every cadre, union member, youth and citizen to raise awareness of traffic safety, strictly follow the provisions of the law to minimize traffic accidents, protect the lives and health of themselves as well as the community.
In addition, Secretary of the City Youth Union Le Cong Hung also requested that the Youth Union at all levels continue to implement more strongly solutions to ensure traffic safety, with the goal of creating a safe traffic environment for everyone, from students to people in the community. This is one of the important tasks to contribute to the sustainable and stable development of Da Nang City.
