Accordingly, at 2:35 p.m. on November 13, on Road 404 (in Doan Xa 1 village, Doan Xa commune, Kien Thuy district, Hai Phong city), a traffic accident occurred, resulting in one death. At this time, the forklift driven by Ms. V.T.H (born in 1987, residing at the above address) was traveling from Doan Xa market to H10 bridge when it collided with Ms. N.T.B (born in 1951, also residing in Doan Xa 1 village, Doan Xa commune) who was walking on the road. As a result, Ms. N.T.B died at the scene.
The second traffic accident on November 13 occurred at 6 p.m. at the entrance to Hai An port (Dong Hai ward, Hai An district, Hai Phong). The tractor-trailer driven by Mr. V.M.T (born in 1982, residing in Dong Hai ward, Hai An district) collided with a motorbike driven by Mr. P.Q.H (born in 1971, residing in Gia Vien ward, Ngo Quyen district, Hai Phong). As a result, Mr. P.Q.H died on the spot.
