On May 9, Mr. Nguyen Hong Linh - Permanent Vice Chairman of Ha Tinh Provincial People's Committee signed a decision to administratively fine Hong Duc Company Limited (headquartered in Tan Dan commune, Duc Tho district, Ha Tinh province) VND 80 million.
Reasons for being fined for violations: Put the project (working office and warehouse of Hong Duc Company Limited Branch in Tan Trung Hamlet, Thach Trung Ward, Ha Tinh City) into use and operation without a document approving the acceptance results for fire prevention and fighting.
The above behavior violated the provisions of Clause 4, Article 38 of Decree No. 144/2021 of the Government regulating administrative sanctions in the fields of security, order, and social safety; prevention and control of social evils; fire prevention and fighting; rescue; prevention of domestic violence.
The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province forces Hong Duc Company Limited to conduct acceptance of fire prevention and fighting at the above-mentioned violating facility according to regulations. The deadline for implementing remedial measures is 30 days, from the date of receipt of this administrative penalty decision.
