Previously, through the work of grasping the situation, the Traffic Police force received a clip posted on social media, with content and images of a young man wearing a school uniform traveling on a motorbike, in a state of letting go and controlling with his feet.
The Traffic Police Department coordinated with the Hac Dich Ward Police (Phu My City) to quickly review, verify and clarify. Thereby, it was determined that the male student in the clip is P.G.P. (a 10th grade student in Phu My), so P and his family were invited to work.
P admitted to being the person in the video posted on social media. According to P, at around 5:10 p.m. on April 29, after finishing school, P drove a motorbike with license plate 67AK-028... home. When arriving at To Nguyet Dinh Street, seeing the deserted road with few houses, they lost both hands and feet to drive.
After being explained and disseminated by the authorities about the regulations on road traffic, P and the parents pledged to strictly comply with the regulations, promising not to repeat the offense.
