Recently, in the area of Tam Do village along the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road under construction in An Thi commune (Hung Yen province), there has been a situation where some cars carrying garbage and waste are illegally dumped along the road, causing unsightliness and environmental pollution.
According to reports, accumulated waste in this area affects the rural landscape as well as the lives and health of people living around.
Meanwhile, this is the area where the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road project is being implemented, the section passing through An Thi commune is about 5.4 km long, the land acquisition area is 29.61 ha, including 29.09 ha of agricultural production land and 0.52 ha of residential land.

Faced with the above situation, An Thi commune requests all people to raise awareness of environmental protection, increase vigilance, proactively monitor and detect subjects with acts of illegal dumping of waste in the area.
When detecting cars or individuals showing signs of transporting or illegally dumping waste, people need to promptly record information, record videos or take photos of vehicle license plates, time, location of the incident and immediately notify local authorities or functional forces for inspection, verification, and handling according to the provisions of law.
Local authorities also called on each citizen to promote the spirit of responsibility, actively participate in monitoring and denouncing acts of environmental pollution, contributing to maintaining a green - clean - beautiful rural landscape, creating favorable conditions for the project construction process and building a sustainable living environment.
