    The Lao Dong Newspaper Legal Consulting Office replied:

    Clause 1, Article 5 of Circular 14/2025/TT-BXD of the Ministry of Construction (effective from September 1, 2025), regulating driver training; fostering, testing, granting certificates of training in road traffic law, regulating the program volume and allocating minimum training time as follows:

    Thus, from September 2025, the program volume and minimum training time allocation for motorbike driver training classes A1, A, B1 are regulated as above.
