The event is part of a series of activities in response to the 2026 Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day taking place nationwide, attracting the attention of a large number of students, teachers and people from all walks of life.

In recent years, the locality has implemented many solutions to develop reading culture such as building and upgrading library systems, organizing book fairs, rotating books to grassroots levels, issuing free reader cards, developing digital documents and community reading spaces. Through this, the reading habit has gradually spread, contributing to improving people's knowledge, fostering personality and building a healthy cultural life.

This year's Book and Reading Culture Day continues to be an opportunity for agencies, units, schools and businesses to join hands to promote reading culture. Many rich activities are organized such as book displays, good book introductions, author-work exchanges and book learning contests, creating a useful cultural space for people.
