Stage 2 of SEA V.Cup 2026 officially kicks off today (August 7) in Thailand with two matches.
At 1:00 PM, the Vietnamese women's volleyball team will face Indonesia. Previously, in stage 1, coach Nguyen Tuan Kiet's team once defeated Indonesia 3-1.
In the leg in Thailand, the Vietnamese team is led by assistant Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hoa. The list of 14 athletes includes key players such as Tran Thi Thanh Thuy, Luu Thi Hue, Vi Thi Nhu Quynh, Vo Thi Kim Thoa, Nguyen Khanh Dang and some other faces.
The later match at 4:30 PM is the clash between the Philippines women's volleyball team and Thailand. The home team just won the championship in stage 1, so they are still considered the top candidates for the highest position.
