Today (November 7), phase 2 of the 2024 National Volleyball Championship - women's event officially started in Lao Cai, with group stage matches.
Previously, at the end of phase 1 (April 2024), the 3 teams temporarily leading were the Information Corps (12 points), VTV Binh Dien Long An (11 points) and LPB Ninh Binh (10 points).
The remaining 6 positions are Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement (9 points), Duc Giang Lao Cai Chemicals (6 points), Vietinbank (5 points), Quang Ninh (4 points), Geleximco Thai Binh (4 points) and Hanoi (0 points).
According to the tournament rules, the top 4 teams will qualify for the finals (semi-finals, finals). Meanwhile, the remaining teams will compete in a classification match and find the 2 teams that will be relegated this season.
With the current situation, the Information Corps, VTV Binh Dien Long An, LPB Ninh Binh, Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement, Duc Giang Chemicals and even Vietinbank are the groups of teams capable of competing for positions in the top 4.
