In the semi-final 1 of the 2024 National Volleyball Championship, VTV Binh Dien Long An club won a dramatic 3-2 victory over LPB Ninh Binh.
Coach Thai Quang Lai and his team beat their opponents in the first set with a score of 25-17. However, they then lost the next two sets with scores of 14-25 and 21-25 respectively.
In set 4, VTV Binh Dien Long An won 25-22, before continuing to defeat LPB Ninh Binh in the deciding set 5 with a score of 16-14 to win a ticket to the final match.
Meanwhile, in the second semi-final, Duc Giang Lao Cai Chemicals easily won 3-1 against Long Son Thanh Hoa Cement. Coach Pham Van Long's team won the first two sets with the same score of 25-22, then lost 21-25 in the third set.
In set 4, Tu Linh and her teammates once again defeated their opponents with a score of 25-22 to reach the national championship finals for the 5th time.
According to the schedule, the final match between VTV Binh Dien Long An club will take place at 8:00 p.m. on November 17 at Lao Cai Provincial Gymnasium.
