On the afternoon of September 16, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Thap province held a surprise meeting of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, term I, term 2025 - 2030, to implement a number of contents on organizational work. The conference was chaired by Mr. Phan Van Thang - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and full-time Vice Chairmen of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province. At the conference, delegates also consulted to elect 3 additional members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, term I, term 2025 - 2030, including: Ms. Luu Thi Thanh Loan - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, provincial organizations, former Deputy Head of the Provincial Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Ms. Dang Thi Thu Uyen - Chairwoman of the Provincial Red Cross Society; Mr. Nguyen Thanh Hien - Chairman of the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations. Speaking to receive the assignment, Ms. Luu Thi Thanh Loan said that she will work with the collective of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, advise and effectively implement mass mobilization tasks. The focus is on implementing the targets, tasks and programs set out in the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
Speaking to direct the conference, Mr. Phan Van Thang congratulated the organizations and individuals who were consulted to participate in the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, and at the same time congratulated Ms. Luu Thi Thanh Loan on receiving her new assignment. Mr. Phan Van Thang assessed Ms. Luu Thi Thanh Loan as a cadre with expertise, work experience and always completing assigned tasks well. The Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested Ms. Luu Thi Thanh Loan to quickly catch up with the new tasks, promote the spirit of responsibility, proactiveness, and creativity; together with the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to effectively implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress. At the same time, continue to well implement the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State, contributing to completing the assigned tasks in the 2025 - 2030 term.
On this occasion, the Conference also consulted to admit the Dong Thap Provincial Bird's Nest Association as a member organization of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
