On August 25, in Da Nang City, the Institute of Strategy and Front Policy organized a conference for the Central - Central Highlands region with the theme "Promoting the strength of great national unity in the new context".
The workshop aims to supplement practical arguments to serve policy advisory work and complete the Project on the Strategy of Great National Unity in the new era.
Grasp the reality of building the great national unity bloc in regions, identify new issues, difficulties, and obstacles from the grassroots level. Through this, propose solutions to promote the core role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
Speaking at the opening of the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Phuong, Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City, said that the Great National Unity is a precious tradition, a consistent strategic line of the Vietnamese revolution and a great source of strength for building and protecting the Fatherland.
“In the context of the country entering a new stage of development, along with great opportunities are new requirements from socio-economic development, international integration, digital transformation and rapid changes in social life. This requires us to continue to consolidate the great unity bloc, promote democracy, strengthen social consensus and innovate methods of gathering and mobilizing people,” Ms. Phuong emphasized.
At the workshop, delegates focused on exchanging and proposing insightful opinions on the requirement to innovate the content and methods of operation of the Front in the new context.
