According to the plan of Hoa Binh Commune People's Committee, in 2026, the whole commune will implement support to build 33 new houses for poor and near-poor households with housing difficulties, with a support level of 80 million VND/house. In the handover ceremony on August 21, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Binh commune organized a house handover ceremony for 6 poor and near-poor households in the commune from the support fund of the "For the Poor" Fund of Ca Mau province. In which, the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation mobilized Ca Mau Lottery Company to support 1 house worth 80 million VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ly Cong Bac emphasized that taking care of housing for poor and near-poor households is a practical and meaningful action, showing the concern of Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and the community for families who are still in difficulty. A new house not only helps people stabilize their housing but also creates more motivation for families to feel secure in working, producing, developing the economy and gradually improving their lives.
Mr. Ly Cong Bac expressed his wish that the supported families continue to promote the spirit of self-reliance, effectively use the new house, actively work and produce, and rise up in life; at the same time, he requested the Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front and local mass organizations to continue to pay attention, accompany, and support households that are still in difficulty, contributing to the good implementation of social security policies and sustainable poverty reduction in the area.
In the warm and emotional atmosphere of the ceremony, Ms. Truong Thi Ky - representative of families supported to build houses, expressed her joy and deep gratitude for the concern of all levels, sectors, Fatherland Front, and units. "This is a very big gift for my family. I am really touched and grateful for the concern and help of all levels, sectors and everyone. With a new house, my family will try to do business, work, keep the house well and strive to rise up so that life becomes more and more stable," Ms. Truong Thi Ky expressed.
