Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dong was born on December 2, 1985. Hometown Cam Binh commune, Ha Tinh province. Professional qualifications: Master of Economic Management.
Previously, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dong's action program when running for office stated clearly: If trusted to be elected as a National Assembly deputy of the XVI term and the People's Council of the province of the XIX term, in his role as a frontline worker, he will strive to implement his action program well, with 5 main contents as follows:
First, always listen to and truthfully represent the voice of the people. Will maintain regular, substantive, and non-formal voter contacts; proactively spend time at the grassroots level to listen to the opinions of the people; promote the effectiveness of the team of cadres working on the front at the grassroots level to promptly grasp the situation.
The legitimate recommendations and aspirations of voters will be fully summarized and truthfully reflected to the National Assembly, People's Councils and competent functional agencies; at the same time, regularly monitor and urge the settlement, with clear answers to the end for voters and people.
Second, improve the effectiveness of supervision and social criticism. Supervision will focus on issues of public concern such as: social security policies; land management, resources, environment; implementation of policies and laws, settlement of administrative procedures, public service ethics... with a frank, objective, and constructive spirit.
Actively participate in contributing opinions and proposing innovations in the organization and operation of the National Assembly and Provincial People's Councils; focus on researching and implementing social criticism, participating in contributing opinions to build legal documents, institutions, policies, and implementing programs and projects to ensure they are suitable to practical needs and legitimate aspirations of the people.
Third, contributing to building a clean and strong political system. Will promote the role of the Front in participating in building the Party and government; supervising cadres and party members, especially heads; promoting exemplary responsibility, discipline, administrative discipline, and public service ethics.
Fourth, consolidate and promote the great national unity bloc. Will work with the front at all levels to strengthen solidarity between all classes of people; promote the role of member organizations and prestigious people in the community; launch patriotic emulation movements and campaigns in a practical, sustainable, and close to the people direction, suitable for each specific area and subject.
Fifth, fully fulfill the responsibilities of a delegate. Commit to fully and responsibly participating in the sessions of the National Assembly and People's Councils; absolutely loyal to the goals and ideals of the Party, the Fatherland, and the people. Uphold the spirit of setting an example, responsibility, integrity; constantly study and research to improve qualifications in all aspects, cultivate morality, qualities, lifestyle, especially the bravery and parliamentary skills of a people's delegate.
