Ha Tinh has 58 people elected as provincial People's Council delegates out of a total of 94 candidates. Among them, there are 27 re-elected delegates (accounting for 46.55%), 15 female delegates (accounting for 25.86%), 3 young delegates (accounting for 5.17%), 3 non-Party delegates (accounting for 5.17%), 3 religious delegates (accounting for 5.17%).
Regarding the election results of commune-level People's Council deputies, there were 1,351 winning candidates out of a total of 2,265 candidates. Among them, there were 773 re-elected deputies (accounting for 57.22%), 421 female deputies (accounting for 31.16%), 246 young deputies (accounting for 18.21%), 78 non-Party deputies (accounting for 5.77%), 47 religious deputies (accounting for 3.48%). Most of the deputies have university and postgraduate degrees.
Also according to the report, in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, Ha Tinh province had 1,100 polling stations. The voter turnout rate reached 99.99%.
