On the occasion of the Great Festival of the Three Harmony of the Four Gratitudes Buddhism in 2026, on behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, I cordially send to the Central Executive Committee, dignitaries, officials and all Buddhist followers of the Four Gratitudes Buddhism my sincere regards and best wishes.
The Four Graces and Filial Piety Buddhism is an internal religion of the Vietnamese nation, taking the act of repaying the Four Graces (Gratitude to ancestors and parents, Gratitude to the country, Gratitude to the three treasures, Gratitude to compatriots and fellow human beings) as the foundation of cultivation, promoting filial piety, patriotism, spirit of compassion, community solidarity and responsibility to the homeland and country. These good values have contributed to fostering cultural traditions, national morality, consolidating the great national unity bloc, accompanying the country in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland.
I am pleased to see that in the past time, the Central Board of Trustees of the Four Gratitudes Buddhist Association and fellow believers have actively responded to patriotic emulation movements and campaigns launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front; participated in social security, charity and humanitarian activities, gratitude, care for the poor and those in difficult circumstances, building a cultural life in residential areas, making practical contributions to the development of the locality and the country. On behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, I respectfully acknowledge and commend those valuable contributions.
This year's Great Festival of the Three Harmony of the Four Gratitudes Buddhism takes place in the common joy of the country after the success of the 14th National Congress of the Party, the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and deputies of People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term, and the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031. These important events continue to consolidate faith, arouse aspirations for development and the strength of great national unity, creating motivation for the country to develop quickly and sustainably in the new era.
I believe that the Central Executive Committee, dignitaries, officials and followers of the Four Gratitudes Buddhist religion will continue to promote the patriotic tradition, the motto "Performing the Four Gratitudes - Living filially - For the great national unity", mobilize followers to well implement the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; actively participate in well implementing patriotic emulation movements, campaigns launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front, contributing to strengthening the great national unity bloc, joining hands and hearts to build a rich, prosperous, civilized and happy Vietnam.
