On the morning of June 12, in Hanoi, Ms. Ha Thi Nga had a working session with the Institute for Training, Fostering Cadres and Scientific Research (Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front).
At the working session, delegates listened to reports on the operation of the apparatus according to the new organizational model of the Institute for Training, Fostering Cadres and Scientific Research; exchanged and proposed specific opinions and recommendations to improve the quality of the Institute's operations in the coming time.
Speaking at the working session, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vice President - Secretary General Ha Thi Nga highly appreciated the spirit of effort and striving of the Board of Directors and all cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Institute for Training and Fostering Cadres and Scientific Research in the past nearly 1 year after implementing the arrangement, consolidation and deployment of the new organizational model. Although there are still many difficulties and challenges, training and fostering activities for the contingent of cadres are always maintained.
Each official, employee, and worker of the Institute wishes to contribute and create favorable conditions to best promote personal capacity, and contribute to the overall development of the Institute.
Vice Chairman - General Secretary Ha Thi Nga requested that, in the coming time, the Institute continue to closely follow the functions and tasks that have been regulated, strengthen assignment and assignment; closely coordinate with professional departments of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to deploy work to ensure strictness, proper procedures, and in accordance with the spirit of the current new policy.
In the process of implementing the main task of training and fostering cadres, the Institute needs to focus on building and operating an online training platform; constantly improving quality, strongly applying technology and digital transformation to create superiority in cadre training and fostering work," Vice President - General Secretary Ha Thi Nga suggested and suggested that besides training and fostering cadres, the Institute needs to pay attention to caring for the team of cadres, civil servants, and employees of the Institute, promptly grasping the thoughts and legitimate aspirations of the team of cadres in the agency.
Also according to Vice Chairman - Secretary General Ha Thi Nga, the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has identified the action program on "Innovating the content and methods of operation; completing and operating a streamlined specialized apparatus, operating effectively and efficiently; improving the capacity of the contingent of cadres to meet task requirements".
Each Front cadre, socio-political organizations, and mass associations assigned tasks by the Party and State must be trained in knowledge, skills for Front work and digital skills. Faced with the requirements of the new situation with a large workload, the Institute needs to continue to coordinate with professional departments of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to promote the role of experts, scientists, and practical practitioners in training and fostering cadres and scientific research.
Recognizing and highly appreciating the efforts, endeavors and solidarity of the Institute, Vice President - General Secretary Ha Thi Nga wished that in the coming time, the Institute's leadership would continue to promote its role as the center of solidarity and unity throughout the agency; pay attention to listening to thoughts and aspirations, taking care of cadres, civil servants, and employees with full conditions and working environments, thereby promoting their role well. At the same time, perform well their functions and tasks according to regulations, proactively study the internal organizational structure and soon have specific proposals and recommendations to contribute to improving the quality of operations.
