On the evening of October 3, Hai Chau Ward organized the program "Full Moon Festival Night - Rings of Love" with the participation of more than 400 students in difficult circumstances and many parents and local people.
At the beginning of the festival, children participated in exchanges and prizes to receive gifts in a bustling atmosphere. The opening dance performance "My Vietnam" performed by student Pham Hoang An Nhien (Phu Dong Primary School) stirred up the atmosphere and received enthusiastic applause.
During the ceremony, the Organizing Committee stated the reasons, introduced the delegates and emphasized the meaning of Mid-Autumn Festival - a festival for children, which is also an opportunity for the whole society to show concern and love for the younger generation.
Ms. Le Qui Ha - Permanent Vice Chairman of Hai Chau Ward People's Committee spoke, sending warm and peaceful Mid-Autumn Festival wishes to the children.


The festival night became more meaningful when sponsors and local leaders together presented 400 Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to students. In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hai Chau Ward has also awarded 66 scholarships, worth a total of 107 million VND to students from poor and near-poor households, to support their learning path.
Not only stopping at the ceremony, the program also brought many exciting activities: Hang - Uncle Cuoi dance, lucky solve with prizes, magical circus, collective games, and completing the full moon celebration. In particular, the lion dance - lantern carriage on the sidewalk of Bach Dang Street ended the festival night in a bustling atmosphere filled with the laughter of children.
