On October 3, at the headquarters of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, agencies, businesses and organizations directly came to donate to people in provinces and cities to overcome the consequences of storm No. 10.
Mr. Cao Xuan Thao - Member of the Presidium, Head of the Social Work Department of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front received the support. As of 5:00 p.m. on October 3, 2025, the amount of money donated by organizations, businesses, and individuals through the Central Relief Mobilization Committee reached over VND 710 billion.
Presenting the State Audit's donation of VND 1.145 billion to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Ms. Ha Thi My Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy State Auditor General expressed that this is the heart shared by all cadres and civil servants in the agency with the desire to promptly support and support people to overcome difficulties and soon stabilize their lives; at the same time, said that in the affected localities, immediately after the storm made landfall, the auditing units in the area went to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and cities to provide support and coordinate with the Front to directly go to places heavily affected by storms and floods to give warm gifts to the people.
Ms. Ha Thi My Dung hopes that the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will promptly allocate this donation to people in provinces and cities affected by storm No. 10 so that people can soon stabilize their housing and rebuild their lives when the flood passes.
Presenting the donation of VND 500 million to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Mr. Pham Van Nha, Deputy Chief of Office of the Supreme People's Court, said that in response to the call of the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to mobilize support for people to overcome the damage caused by storm No. 10, each civil servant, public employee, and employee of the Supreme People's Court has joined hands to donate and support funding with the desire to support people in areas heavily affected by storms and floods to soon overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
On behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Cao Xuan Thao, Head of the Social Work Department, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front respectfully acknowledge and highly appreciate the noble gestures of agencies, organizations, and enterprises; at the same time, emphasized that this is a practical and timely action, demonstrating the spirit of "mutual love and support" of the business community in times of difficulties and disaster.

Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, up to now, over 700 billion VND has been donated and registered from agencies, units, enterprises, organizations and individuals both at home and abroad to the Central Relief Mobilization Committee - Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
The entire amount of donations will be allocated publicly, transparently, for the right purpose and will be most effective in supporting people to overcome the damage after storms and floods.
On the same day, Mr. Cao Xuan Thao received support from Vietnam Electricity Group in the amount of 3 billion VND; Phu Quy Gold Investment Joint Stock Company in the amount of 300 million VND; Phu Quy Gold - Gemstone Company Limited in the amount of 300 million VND; Halcom Vietnam Joint Stock Company in the amount of 100 million VND; Bitexco Group in the amount of 100 million VND.
Millions of arms turn to compatriots affected by storms and floods
Consecutive storms No. 8, 9, 10 and floods caused by the storm have killed 19 people and many people are missing. Many houses and production and business establishments had their roofs blown off and suffered heavy damage. People across the northern and central mountainous provinces are struggling to cope with floods and heavy losses in human lives and property due to floods and thunderstorms.
