On the evening of February 1st, Hai Chau Ward People's Committee (Hai Chau District, Da Nang City) organized the program "Spring of Love" and closed the Vietnamese Tet Festival - Binh Ngo 2026, closing a series of exciting cultural and social activities, attracting a large number of people and tourists to participate in the early spring days.

In a warm and meaningful atmosphere, the Organizing Committee symbolically presented 50 gifts to households in difficult circumstances in the ward. Each gift not only has material value but is also a spiritual encouragement, helping families celebrate Tet late and fully, reducing worries in life.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Duy - Chairman of Hai Chau Ward People's Committee emphasized that the "Spring of Love" program is an activity that the locality has maintained for many years, with the goal of caring for the lives of vulnerable people, poor and near-poor households, and workers in difficult circumstances in the area.

According to Mr. Nguyen Van Duy, in 2026, Hai Chau ward is expected to give 1,000 gifts through the "Spring of Love" program, with a total budget of nearly 2 billion VND, mobilized from the local budget and the companionship of businesses, organizations and philanthropists.
We hope that through these practical activities, all people will be cared for and shared, and no one will be left behind, especially during the traditional Tet holiday of the nation," Mr. Duy shared.
