According to Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai, with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Creativity - Development", after 2.5 days of urgent, serious, responsible and effective work, the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front has completed the set program.
On behalf of the Presidium of the Congress, Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai respectfully thanked and warmly praised the spirit of responsibility, enthusiasm, and wisdom of the delegates attending the Congress. The contributions of the delegates have made a very important contribution to the success of the Congress.
Our Congress takes place in a context where the country has many advantages, opportunities, mixed with many difficulties and challenges. The Congress is not only an important socio-political event, organized immediately after the very successful success of the 14th Party Congress, the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and deputies of People's Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term; but also has the meaning of being the first Congress when our Fatherland Front implements the arrangement of a new organizational model, which is a special milestone when it has merged and arranged socio-political organizations, mass associations assigned by the Party and State to be directly under the Vietnam Fatherland Front, affirming the position and core political role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the cause of building the great national unity bloc, building the Vietnam Fatherland Front to truly be a political alliance, voluntary union, unified action, operating effectively according to the new model" - Comrade Bui Thi Minh Hoai stated.
According to the Chairman of the 11th Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Congress focused on comprehensively assessing the results of implementing the Resolution of the 11th Congress (period 2024 - 2026); frankly pointed out limitations and difficulties, and drew many valuable lessons learned. The Congress highly agreed with the direction, tasks, objectives, and action program for the 2026 - 2031 term with 15 specific targets, 7 action programs and the plan to implement the Resolution of the 11th Congress.
The Congress is very honored and excited to hear the very important, profound and comprehensive directing speech of Comrade General Secretary and President To Lam. The major issues and requirements set for Front work in the new period that Comrade General Secretary and President directed are both a source of encouragement, motivation, and assignment of tasks, and strategic orientations for the entire Front system to continue to strongly innovate the content and methods of operation and act more drastically and effectively in the coming time. The Congress would like to seriously and fully absorb the directing opinions of Comrade General Secretary and President, and soon concretize them into an action program, ensuring practicality and effectiveness.
The Congress democratically consulted and highly unanimously elected the 11th Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031, consisting of 397 individuals who are typical individuals in all classes, social strata, ethnic groups, religions, intellectuals, entrepreneurs, overseas Vietnamese, Fatherland Front officials and member organizations.
Chairman of the 11th Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front affirmed: "The 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026 - 2031, was a great success.
