In the field of security and order, models such as: security cameras, safe residential areas in terms of security and order, crime prevention self-management groups, peaceful and orderly parishes - parishes, residential areas protecting territorial sovereignty - border security, border bright spot clubs... promote efficiency, raise people's awareness of self-prevention and self-management, contributing to maintaining stability in grassroots areas.
In the field of encouraging learning and talent, models such as: Lifelong Learning Clubs, Learning Clans, Learning Community... play a key role in building a learning society, spreading the spirit of lifelong learning, creating changes in awareness and action, promoting creativity, improving quality and concretizing advanced examples in the community.

According to Mr. Ha Anh Dung - Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFFC) of Dong Nai city, the unit determined that the strong front is thanks to the grassroots, the strong grassroots is thanks to residential areas and self-management groups.
