Reducing formal activities, focusing on residential areas
On October 31, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province held a press conference to provide information on the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Dong Nai province, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress took place over 2 days (November 6 and 7, 2025) at the Dong Nai Provincial Convention Center (No. 1, Nguyen Ai Quoc Street, Tan Trieu Ward) with 346 official delegates, a political event of special significance, marking a new development stage of the great national unity bloc in the province.
The Congress identified the theme of the Political Report as: "Promoting the core political role, the strength of great national unity, strongly arousing the will to be self-reliant, self-reliant, innovative, creative, aspirational, united, and unanimously building Dong Nai province to develop green, rich, civilized, and modern".
Mr. Ha Anh Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province - said: Building Dong Nai province to develop green, strong, civilized, and modern is also the goal set by the Provincial Party Congress, this time repeated in the theme of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress Document.
The Congress determined the motto: "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Efficiency".
The Political Report submitted to the Congress clearly assessed the results achieved in the 2024-2025 period and pointed out the limitations to propose a key orientation for the 2025-2030 term, with 6 programs clearly stating their goals, tasks and solutions associated with 15 targets. In particular, program 4 - Promoting the role of mastery and self-management of the people, building a united, prosperous and happy residential area is a breakthrough task in the 2025 - 2030 term.
Mr. Ha Anh Dung - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dong Nai province - said: One of the biggest requirements is the task of implementing Resolution 57 well, strongly applying information technology to the action program. Digital front will be an order from the heart for the front to operate as a close-know-it-all, close-know-it-all and grasp information... build information channels, through social networks to connect the voices of the people and voters to the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
At the same time, to operate more effectively, the front as well as political organizations will focus on residential areas, reduce formal activities, competitions... bring movements to residential areas to spread effective activities.
The Front accompanies the construction of inter-level schools in 8 border communes
According to the Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Anh Dung province, the special feature of Dong Nai province is the current having of seaports, airports, high-speed routes, in the future having high-speed trains, metro and a 258.939 km border line bordering the provinces of Cambodia.
The role of the front is in model movements such as: Border marker protection model, model of joining hands with the border guards to keep the border stable, model of connecting residential areas on the border, model of keeping border markers bright and beautiful... of mass organizations.
In the new term with the responsibility of the front as the center, in December, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province will direct specialized departments to connect and connect localities within the province with the potential to support 8 border communes, 16 border posts, and 23 militia and self-defense checkpoints to help border units stabilize and develop.
The Front will also join the province in the program of Building inter-level schools for 8 border communes, each school will build a school of about 5 hectares to serve the children of people living in the border area, with a comprehensive training environment.
Within the framework of the congress, a series of activities will take place such as: Offering incense at the Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery; Offering incense at Uncle Ho Temple, Photo Exhibition; Exhibition of scientific and technological achievements and agricultural products at the Congress venue.
