According to initial information, at 10:50 a.m. the same day, while Mr. Minh Anh was working at 77 Dang Van Bi Street, a woman traveling discovered a deposit worth VND500,000 on the street. This woman stopped the car to pick it up, then because she was busy, she gave Mr. Minh Anh the money to ask him to go pay to help the police.
At 11:00 a.m. the same day, Mr. Nguyen Minh Anh went straight to Thu Duc Ward Police Station to return the entire amount of money collected, which was 43.1 million VND.
In the afternoon of the same day, Thu Duc Ward Police received a report from Mr. Nguyen Hung Son (65 years old, living in Linh Xuan Ward) about money being lost on Dang Van Bi Street. Mr. Son said that on the same morning, he went to the bank to withdraw money, then returned home and discovered that the money had been lost.
After verifying the information quickly and accurately, Thu Duc Ward Police returned the entire amount of 43.1 million VND to Mr. Nguyen Hung Son.
