The Emulation Bloc of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of Da Nang City has just organized a conference to summarize the patriotic emulation movement in the first 6 months of the year, deploying directions and tasks for the last 6 months of 2026.
The conference assessed that the emulation movements were deployed synchronously, closely following political tasks, with many new models and creative ways of working, creating a spreading effect among union members, association members and people from all walks of life.
According to the report at the conference, many outstanding activities have been implemented by units in the bloc. Da Nang City Labor Federation organized programs to care for workers such as "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party", Trade Union Tet Market, Trade Union Tet Journey, "Tet not far from home - Tet together".
In Workers' Month 2026, the unit organizes Sports Festivals for workers, civil servants, and laborers with the participation of 115 delegations and 2,444 athletes in 5 sports.
Member organizations in the bloc also deployed many typical models and activities. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) of the city launched the movement "All people join hands to protect the environment for a green - clean - beautiful Da Nang city".
The City Women's Union organizes many activities to honor women and preserve cultural values. The City Farmers' Union promotes production support, digital transformation and agricultural product promotion.
The City Youth Union deploys many volunteer activities, digital transformation and promotes the role of youth in building new rural areas.
In addition, units continue to promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in operations. Notably, the Da Nang City Labor Federation built and completed the Da Nang Trade Union App, integrating many utilities to serve union members and workers such as online job transaction floors, welfare supermarkets and AI chatbots to support policy advice.
Organizations in the bloc are also actively implementing many digital models, contributing to improving the efficiency of management, administration and serving people.
In addition, the conference also pointed out many limitations, specifically, the application of information technology and digital transformation at the grassroots level still has many limitations. The work of detecting advanced examples is sometimes not timely.
ADVANCED typical examples are not many and have not really developed and spread strongly among all strata of people. Commendation and reward are not timely; the number of rewards is small. Therefore, they have not created motivation in emulation.
The main reason comes from the construction and replication of good and typical models that have not been implemented regularly. Resources for implementing commendation are still limited and have not created motivation in emulation. Officials who advise on emulation and commendation work are mainly part-time, so the research of new regulatory documents is still limited.
Also at the conference, delegates discussed and agreed on key tasks for the last 6 months of the year, focusing on innovating the content and methods of operation. At the same time, improving the effectiveness of emulation movements; promoting digital transformation, effectively implementing supervision and social criticism, caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members, association members and people.
