Accordingly, the Congress has the motto " Pioneer - Solidarity - Corrdance - Breakthrough - Development", with the participation of 250 official delegates representing more than 32,000 union members and youth in the province.
At the solemn session of the Congress, the Congress Presidium reported on the results of the first session of the Congress.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Youth Union, term 2025-2030, consisting of 27 comrades; elected the Standing Committee of the 15th Provincial Youth Union, consisting of 7 comrades; positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary; elected 7 comrades of the Provincial Youth Union Inspection Committee, Chairman of the Inspection Committee.
Accordingly, Mr. Mua Chien Thang was elected to hold the position of Secretary of the Dien Bien Provincial Youth Union, term XV, 2025-2030; Mr. Lo Xuan Hanh was elected to hold the position of Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Inspection Committee.
The Congress also elected a delegation to the 13th National Congress of the whole country, consisting of 13 official delegates and 4 absent delegates.
The Congress approved the draft Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Dien Bien province, term 2025-2030 with 18 targets and 6 groups of key tasks and solutions. In the spirit of democracy, 100% of delegates voted to approve the Congress resolution.
On this occasion, the People's Committee of Dien Bien province awarded Certificates of Merit to 1 collective and 4 individuals with outstanding achievements in the work of the Youth Union and the youth movement, period 2022-2025.
