Presenting the action program, Mr. Tien said that if elected as a National Assembly Deputy of the 16th term, he will always be closely associated with the People, listen to and truthfully reflect issues from real life to the National Assembly. He also committed to strengthening direct dialogue with voters, publicizing channels to receive opinions and closely monitoring the settlement of people's petitions, complaints, and denunciations.
In addition, Mr. Vu Van Tien emphasized many orientations to create new development momentum for Hai Phong, such as administrative procedure reform, strengthening infrastructure connectivity to attract investment, promoting the private economy, deploying free trade zones, green transformation and digital transformation.

Notably, the issue of developing social housing and housing for workers was also mentioned by him as an important task in the context that Hai Phong is expanding its development space and attracting more and more workers to work in industrial parks.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha - a worker working at a business in an industrial park in Hai Phong City - said that most out-of-province workers are still renting rooms outside at quite high costs compared to their income.
We really hope to have more social housing areas for workers with reasonable rental prices. If there is stable housing, close to workplace, and better living conditions, workers will be assured to work for a long time" - Ms. Ha shared.
Also according to many voters, along with the development of social housing, policies on social security, employment and welfare for workers need to continue to be concerned to ensure the sustainable development of the city.
