The Congress was attended by Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy - Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Pham Quang Ngoc - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; along with members of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Standing members of the People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of departments, branches and sectors; Heroes of the People's Armed Forces, Heroes of Labor and 350 official delegates representing the province's great national unity bloc.
At the Congress, with the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Innovation - Development", delegates democratically discussed, negotiated, and agreed on the direction, goals, and tasks in the new term. Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province affirmed that the 1st Congress, term 2025 - 2030, is a particularly important milestone, taking place after the merger of Hung Yen - Thai Binh, expanding space, resources and creating new development momentum.
The Congress is tasked with comprehensively assessing the results of implementing the Resolution for the 2024 - 2029 term, pointing out limitations, causes, drawing lessons and setting out directions, goals, tasks, and action programs for the coming term, contributing to building a beautiful, civilized, prosperous, and happy Hung Yen province.

At the Congress, Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy expressed his high agreement with the direction, goals and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 period of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the province.
He requested the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the new term to thoroughly grasp the viewpoints, orientations and requirements for the Front's work in the new situation according to the documents of the 14th National Party Congress; Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress; closely follow the direction of General Secretary To Lam at the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee and Central Trade Unions for the 2025 - 2030 term.
In particular, it requires consistency of 3 guiding viewpoints and 6 key tasks, especially "taking the People as the center, subject, goal and driving force of innovation; combining democracy - power discipline; shifting from a formal movement to practical results to be a guiding principle throughout the work of the Front in this term".

Mr. Hoang Cong Thuy emphasized the need to build a truly strong, professional Vietnam Fatherland Front organization at all levels, close to the people and closely linked to the people; strongly innovate content and methods of operation in a flexible, practical and effective direction; implement the coordination mechanism "one thing - one focal point - one term - one result", overcome the situation of socialization; attach importance to practical efficiency, avoid forms, ostentation and achievements; prioritize models with the ability to replicate quickly, reasonable costs and bring practical benefits to the community.
He also suggested focusing on implementing activities towards the grassroots level, in the spirit of "no one is left behind", promptly grasping the thoughts, aspirations and taking care of people's lives.
The Congress democratically consulted and agreed to appoint 119 members to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province for the new term; consulted and agreed to appoint 11 members to the Standing Committee. Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committees of provincial agencies, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province continued to be trusted by the congress and appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for the new term.
