On October 19 and 20, the Women's Union of Regiment 726 (Army Corps 16) held a Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term.
In the 2021-2025 period, women's work and the emulation movement of women of the 726th Regiment have achieved many comprehensive and outstanding results.

For 5 consecutive years, the Women's Union has achieved outstanding strength and has been awarded the Emulation Flag by the Head of the General Department of Politics and a Certificate of Merit by the Head of the Corps Command.
In the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Regiment 726 focuses on implementing two breakthroughs: Promoting digital transformation in women's work and the women's movement; accompanying and supporting members to improve digital capacity, master technology, effectively apply it to study, work, activities, manage and organize Association activities; focusing on building, developing and replicating good, creative and effective models and methods in the women's movement; promptly discovering, nurturing, honoring advanced models, creating a widespread influence throughout the unit.
At the Congress, delegates elected the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, Vice Chairman for the 2025-2030 term and announced the decision to appoint delegates to attend the Conference to summarize the work of the Association and the Women's Union for the period 2021-2025.
Major Roan Thi Hong Tham was elected as President of the Women's Union of Regiment 726 for the 2025-2030 term.
Speaking at the congress, Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Trang - Party Committee Secretary, Political Commissar of the Regiment - acknowledged and praised the results of the Women's Union of the Regiment in the past time.
Lieutenant Colonel Do Van Trang requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Women's Union of Regiment 726 should continue to effectively carry out the emulation movement " intellectual Army Women - bravery, complete tasks well, build happy families, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the new era.
