The convened training class has a total of 250 trainees, including 73 trainees for new party members and 177 trainees for Party admission with a diverse structure including students, specialists, cadres, civil servants, public employees, reporters... from many different agencies and units in the Party Committee.
This is the second training class organized by the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central organizations, after more than a year of establishment.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Ngo Van Cuong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Agencies emphasized that the political theory training class for new Party members and Party admissions is of particular importance, being the starting point in the training journey of each trainee striving to be in the ranks of the Party; to become an official Party member.
Since its establishment, the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central mass organizations have always identified one of the important tasks of the Party Committee as leading the work of political and ideological education, fostering political theory for the contingent of cadres, party members, and outstanding masses... playing a particularly important role in Party building work, in order to form a contingent of cadres and party members with firm political bravery, bright moral qualities and a pioneering and exemplary spirit, daring to think, daring to do, daring to innovate and create, daring to take responsibility for the common good, contributing to building a clean and strong Party Committee.
According to Mr. Cuong, despite differences in the learning, working or professional environment, all students have a common view on the ideal of living, fighting, working and studying according to the great example of Uncle Ho, serving the Fatherland, serving the People and the aspiration to contribute to the revolutionary cause of the Party.
According to the plan, 2 training classes will take place in 7 days, with content implemented according to the Program prescribed by the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee.
In addition to official topics, students are also disseminated and exchanged knowledge about the functions and organizational structure of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations; Action Program of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress.
These are core issues of economy, politics, society, national defense - security and Party building work; they are the theoretical foundation to help each trainee consolidate faith in the Party's leadership, improve political bravery, revolutionary ethics, working capacity and make effective contributions to the Party organization, agencies, and units," said the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central mass organizations.
To ensure the highest quality of the training class, Mr. Ngo Van Cuong requested reporters and lecturers to promote their experience and professional qualifications to convey theoretical content in a concise, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-remember way. In addition to providing knowledge, it is necessary to inspire and encourage the spirit so that students have more confidence, pride, and strive to successfully complete the assigned tasks at agencies and units.
For students, Mr. Ngo Van Cuong suggested raising the spirit of serious learning, consciously complying with class regulations; proactively and actively exchanging with speakers and lecturers, boldly speaking and sharing experiences to enrich teaching content; linking theory and practice, preparing good lessons to effectively apply to work and life.
Mr. Cuong also requested the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Party Committee to coordinate with the Institute for Training and Fostering Cadres and Scientific Research, organize scientific and rigorous training classes, create favorable conditions in terms of facilities, time, and learning materials; promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of students to make appropriate adjustments, ensuring quality.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, the trainees began to participate in the first topic of the training course, focusing on learning about the organizational structure, functions, tasks and operating model of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central mass organizations; thereby helping trainees better understand the role and position of the Party organization in the political system, as well as raise awareness and responsibility in the process of studying, training and striving.
